Artist | Designer | Creative Director

Payge Rumler is a Detroit-based multidisciplinary artist and designer creating at the intersection of fine art, culture, and brand storytelling. Working under the name madebypayge, she brings a style that blends expressive visuals with real-world strategy—creating work that feels both personal and purpose-driven.

With over five years of experience across cannabis, entertainment, and cultural spaces—and more than a decade of making art—Payge has developed a practice that’s rooted in both creativity and understanding people. Her background in cannabis production, retail, and marketing design gives her a unique perspective on how visuals actually live in the world—from product to customer to brand.

Her fine art explores symbolism, identity, and layered storytelling through illustration, painting, and mixed media. Her work has been shown in exhibitions, mural festivals, and galleries across Michigan. She currently serves as Art Director for Jewels of Detroit, where she helps shape the visual identity of community-driven events like Poetry in the Park and MAPFest—bringing together creatives and audiences in ways that feel intentional and culturally grounded.

Alongside her art practice, Payge runs madebypayge, her freelance design studio, where she creates branding, packaging, event visuals, and digital content for businesses, musicians, and cultural projects. Her work has been recognized through collaborations and contest wins with cannabis brands like Mitten Extracts and Jeeter, with designs featured on product packaging and merchandise.

At the core of her work is a focus on connection—between art and audience, brand and culture, and creativity and real-world impact. She’s available for commissions, creative direction, and collaborations.
