Artist | Designer | Creative Director
Payge Rumler is a Detroit-based multidisciplinary artist and visual strategist whose work bridges fine art and brand storytelling. Creating under the name madebypayge, she blends expressive visual language with strategic execution, building work that is both culturally grounded and commercially fluent.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Albion College, graduating cum laude, with a concentration in Business and Management through the Gerstacker Institute for Business and Management. This dual foundation informs her approach: equal parts creative instinct and structural clarity.
Her fine art practice explores symbolism, identity, and layered narrative through acrylic and mixed media. Her work has been exhibited in juried shows, mural festivals, and regional exhibitions throughout Michigan. Alongside her studio work, she has served as Lead Creative Director for MAP Fest and currently acts as Art Director for Jewels of Detroit.
As a freelance designer and founder of madebypayge, she develops brand identities, packaging, event visuals, and digital campaigns for businesses, musicians, and cultural projects. She is the 2023 winner of the Jeeter Art Contest, with her artwork featured on official merchandise.
Payge’s work exists at the intersection of culture, commerce, and community. She is available for commissions, exhibitions, creative direction, and brand collaborations.
